[tip] Bulk importing email addresses

If you have a list of email addresses that you would like to import into mxORB but you do not want to go through the time consuming process of adding them one at a time you can create a settings XML file that can then be imported using the Import Settings Wizard.

While it is possible to create the necessary XML file by hand (an XSD schema, mxORBSettings23.xsd, can be found in the mxORB\Schemas folder) it is easier to create one using our new online email import tool. Using the tool you can enter a list of email addresses and generate an XML file that can be used to import the addresses to the sender or recipient whitelist or blacklist. You can even specify a list of regular expressions if required.

We do intend to add similar functionality to a future version of the mxORB configuration tool however we hope this online tool will be useful to you in the meantime.
