[problem] Messages are not stored in the badmail folder

Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 1 and newer disable the badmail folder by default. If you have selected the 'Move the message to the badmail folder' filter action for any of the mxORB filters then this means filtered messages will not be saved.

To re-enable the badmail folder follow the instructions in Microsoft KB Article 884068. It is recommended that you set the MaxBadMailFolderSize to -1 (FFFFFFFF in hexadecimal) to prevent Exchange from limiting the size of the folder.

If you would prefer to keep the badmail folder disabled you must change your chosen filter action in mxORB.
