mxORB

If you have purchased an mxORB licence, you can enter your purchase reference and email address below to download a licence file. The licence file can then be imported onto your system using the Licence Management tool that is installed with mxORB (see the documentation for more information).

The initial licence that is issued to you following a purchase is set to expire after 6 months. If you have not requested a refund, you will be notified by email of the availability of the new licence when your licence nears expiry.

Your new licence will be available for download even if you don’t receive an email notification. Simply login to licence management to download your new licence.

Please note: when the licence expires you do not have to pay any more money to obtain your updated licence.

The process will then repeat after another 6 months, however the replacement licence will be set to never expire. We also use this as a valuable opportunity to make contact with you to obtain feedback on mxORB. The expiration also protects us from those who request a refund and then continue to illegally use our product.
