The purpose of the 30 day unlimited trial period is to ensure that the product meets your requirements and functions as you expected. We encourage you to make full use of the trial period to fully evaluate our products before purchasing.

In the very unlikely event that you experience a problem with a product that cannot be solved through our technical support or, for example, you discover the product is incompatible with your system, please contact us. Be sure to include your original Order Reference and details of the problem that you are experiencing.

As all of our software is available for a 30 day unlimited trial period we do not give refunds once the software is outside of this 30 day period.

If we do agree to a refund within the 30 day trial period, we will send you a Letter of Destruction via email which you should sign and return to us by post. The Letter of Destruction simply certifies that you have uninstalled and destroyed the product and will make no further use of it or of any backups you may have made. Once we have received the Letter of Destruction from you we will process your refund for the full price you have paid for your product. Please note that credit card rules only allow us to refund credit card purchases by crediting the card that was used to make the purchase.
